Petland Ashland

My little girl & I visit Petland frequently, we stopped by yesterday and was greeted by Lexi. Lexi offered to show us some of the snakes and geckos, my girl absolutely loved it!! It was the best experience I have ever had at Petland. Such a good time & we will definitely be back!

Jalyn and Allie are awesome. Truly 10/10 bc they helped us so much and waited on us for hours even after closing hours so we can bring our doggo home. They’re kind and patient and best customer service around. Highly recommend.

Wonderful customer service, have always enjoyed adopting from Petland. Miss the South Point location as I had purchased three from there and now our Maggie mini golden doodle from the Ashland location.

Listen yall if you haven’t met Kylee that works there you need to. I had a phenomenal first experience with her while purchasing my dachshund! She was so kind and patient and super attentive to not only our needs but our pups needs as well! My dachshund is super perfect and I love him so so much! I had went back in and told Kylee I wanted a Labrador retriever and they didn’t have the one I wanted so she special ordered my chocolate lab for me! I worked with her again today and purchased my lab and she carried that patience, kindness, and attentiveness the whole entire time! If you don’t want to waste time I recommend Kylee to get some super awesome dogs!

Hillary was AMAZING! Like, seriously, I loved her and I will ( if I ever even consider getting another puppy- ONLY work with this person ) definitely go through the process again with her. I’m very impressed with the temperament and the patience that my puppy has shown. She’s well balanced and transitioning her into our family has been one of the least stressful when brining a puppy home. Our puppy isn’t scared or timid in any way and encounters life’s unexpected challenges with very almost zero fear based reactions. Overall a pleasant experience and at the end we have a very well rounded puppy that we know had to have been in a fantastic environment to be so wonderfully balanced and easy to keep up with so training at home has been minimal effort this far!
