My girl was a wintertime matted mess, Tina H. took real good care of her and I am well pleased. She is an F1B Bernedoodle (75% Poodle), I had let her hair grow out for the winter and it quickly got away from me, today she got shaved down, she still has her beautiful tail, head, and fluffy ears. I appreciate the care that was taken with her.

A decent pet store. They have a large number of supplies, which cover all the basics and more. There is a pet adoption centre which seems to focus only on cats. They sell various types of fish, some lizards as well as hamsters, mice and Guinea pigs. The staff are very friendly. On the downside, you expect more animals to be on sale and they have some fish being sold in tiny little cups which I don't like. Recommended.

The cashier was very helpful and polite. Didn't make me feel rushed. I had an young girl with me getting stuff for her puppy anything she asked they took their time and spoke with her. Highly recommend

Had an amazing experience here getting guppies for my son to start in the fish hobby. Came to this store with lots of experience in fish care and health also having prior judgement given pets stores typical care of animals. Given my degree in environmental university and animal welfare this store did wonderful specifically the male who helped us in the fish section. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He gave lots of information about different kids of fish and tanks and anything we asked while also giving tips and going beyond to help. Wish I would remember his name but he was there yesterday around this time working in the fish location. Very happy to say this man needs a raise no matter what he's making lol and impressed me on his knowledge and his proper care on these animals as well a

The staff was super helpful and friendly! We were able to find everything we were looking for with assistance, and they were able to explain how specific products work and benefit your pet! 10 out of 10, we will be back! They have everything you could need for your pet, including engravable tags, leashes, food, treats, clothing, and even fish gerbils and birds should you wish to purchase those!
