Yesterday we had to unfortunately say goodbye to our beloved furbaby, Ellie Mae. The staff was truly wonderful and empathetic. They gave us a lot of time to sit with her in a private area to say our goodbyes. They did not rush us. I could see they shared in our sorrow and understood how difficult it was for us. We thank them profoundly for their patience and support.

Had a new patient visit today with my cat Bandit and couldn’t be more pleased. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, it was nice and clean and I was really satisfied with the services. Dr Ricca and Corrine were so gentle with my cat I don’t even think he knew what was going on. Very glad I found them and will continue to use them in the future!

Perpetual miscommunication among staff members. Misguided workers providing inaccurate and misleading information as there is a clear disconnect between the clinical team and the clerical team . Self righteous male doctor known to speak to clients condescendingly and has demonstrated, on more than one occasion, to have a very short fuse and/or an anger issue. If you can not treat others with dignity, particularly paying customers, I do not have confidence that you will treat an animal with it either. This practice is breed and size discriminatory but instead of refusing service for these baseless prejudices, they do everything in their power (including financially exploiting you via unnecessary lab work, testing, medications and vaccines that have absolutely nothing to do with boarding eli

I called to say my dog got a piece of my husband’s pill for diabetes . The reply to what should we do was “ the vet is unfamiliar with that drug . Call poison control”. The wait to speak to poison control was 30 min. I felt that was an unacceptable response so we called another area vet who was happy to suggest the action we could take. Thankfully it worked and our dog is fine. I sent a message to Peticote complaining of what I felt was poor service . They have yet to respond. We will be taking our business elsewhere. By the way the other vet took the time to look up the drug which we appreciated.

Love them and the vets. I use Dr Jeanette and it doesn't get any better. I cant say enough bout this practice. They care about each and every animal.
