Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Lake Buena Vista

For a primary clinic, I would most likely go elsewhere. For urgent care situations they would be a great option. I brought my dog here back in August and was ecstatic. My dog has a bite history and the staff handled him extremely well. I felt like both my dog and myself were at ease through the entire visit, whilst my last vet felt like they were walking on eggshells around him (even muzzled). Back then it would have been a 5 star review. If you're goal is health care, this would be a great place to come, but they don't operate really like a clinic. I have to look elsewhere to get all of my dog's needs met unless im willing to spend $120 JUST to get his nails clipped. This was the first vet appointment that made me feel satisfied with the care and attention they gave my dog and his health. This is our new permanent vet!! 10/10 recommend. They take great care of their patients!! My dog was super comfortable and not stressed here compared to his past vet. Thank you Petfolk!! Also the membership was an easy yes, it paid for itself already!!

My baby was very sick. They were compassionate and assured me putting him down was the best decision. I wanted to make sure I had the answers I needed to feel confident in my decision. Dr Vasquez was wonderful. I was grateful they were open on a Sunday. My Boo when he was healthy.

My husband and I are on vacation and our pup Bow has anxiety issues and needed medication to fly back home. We were able to get a same day appointment, exam and anxiety medication prescribed for our trip back home. The appointment and registration process was streamlined and to the point. We are very grateful for this vet clinic.

We had a fantastic experience at Petfolk LBV with my dog Nala during her vaccination visit! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the process stress-free for all of us.
