Visited Petco to buy Advecta flea treatment. The display had multiple product cards hanging, so it looked like the product was available. When I brought one to the register, I was told they were out of stock. It was confusing since the shelf made it seem like they had plenty. The employee wasn’t sure why the cards were still up. Not a major issue, just inconvenient. Hopefully inventory and signage can be updated more accurately so customers know what’s actually in stock.

I was looking for a topper for dog food. One of the clerks showed me where they were and explained the differences. Very helpful.

As always Vetco is amazing to have at such location. The employees at Petco are so nice and helpful their customer service is a plus!

My dogs' grooming appointments were canceled the night before due to forecasted snow. I completely understand canceling if roads are actually unsafe. However, at the time of cancellation, roads were clear. If conditions had been bad in the morning, that would have made total sense. Canceling the night before based on what might happen felt premature and, unfortunately, unprofessional. I plan my schedule around appointments, so reliability really matters.

Autumn in grooming is the best. My little guy Buddy is afraid of everyone but she took the time to get to know him so he was comfortable with her. She will always be his groomer now because now he is spending the day with his friend and not going to a scary place with loud noises. Thank you Autumn for doing a wonderful job he is so happy with his fresh cut!
