Polarbear has gone to this location 5 time for grooming. Twice a kid name Claire has done a great job on my wife's puppy. Thank you for you good work. And caring for her puppy.

Hadn’t been in years and stopped in to grab something the local pet store didn’t have. I was appalled at how horrible the conditions of the fish section were. This store needs to stop carrying fish or hire someone who knows how to keep the aquatic area healthy. The fish tanks were grimy, disgusting. There were sick and dead fish in the tanks. The betta section stunk due to how many were either dead or near dead in their little plastic containers. All the while they had employees unpacking new fish? While they can’t care for the ones that are already in store. I don’t support animal cruelty. Just because their fish doesn’t mean they don’t matter

Very busy place. Small parking lot that can be tight. Smaller store so selection is not as good as the larger stores.

Petco is our preferred pet store in the valley, they often have nice staff, and a pretty decent selection of everything for us and our pugs. I will say that sometimes the store can feel a little ransacked and is missing things and we can see where they used to be available. They have a good selection of dog treats and toys, but some of the treats are either unhealthy for dogs or are six times more expensive than you could get online or at Costco. They are a great resource if you are in the valley and can't make a trip into Anchorage, I wish their variety would increase but we like the staff and what they do have.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a pet store. Dead fish EVERYWHERE. there was also a fish in yellow water (health hazard???) "We're committed to making pets happier" I don't think so... if you're planning to buy here, it's most likely not a good idea. Just go to PetZoo, it's not even a mile down the road
