We have not had a single bad experience here. Dr Jen takes her time to explain everything and go over options. I respect her opinion so much because I can tell she has our dog’s best interest in mind. They always do their best to get us “worked in” when something comes up urgently, which really gives me peace of mind that they’re there when my pup needs them. The whole team is always so patient, and they never make me feel silly for being a concerned “crazy dog mom.” The team is always smiling and pleasant to talk to. I recommend them to everyone I know. 🤍

I have a long history of bad vet experiences with my cats, having only run into a few that truly appreciate the diverse needs of cats and their owners. I didn't get to see Dr Jen today with my new kitten, but I have had the pleasure of Dr. Helen with both my dog (last spring) and my kitten (today), and she has been absolutely wonderful with both! It was so nice to be able to talk about nutrition, behavior (I have older cats), expectations for shots/spay, and not be looked down on or brushed off because cats are "weird". As usual, all the staff is friendly and helpful and prices are not bank breakers! Thanks so much!

Truly the best vet and clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Jen cares about her patients so deeply and compassionately. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are thinking about going here please do! Dr. Jen has helped my guinea pigs so much and she is so thorough and her and her staff are such a blessing!! Also the most affordable vet I’ve been to!

Dr. Jen and all the staff at Borealis Veterinary Clinic are absolutely exceptional, and they genuinely care about you and your furry pal. Last July 3 2024 my bunny became gravely sick and even though it was the holiday weekend, they got me in and SAVED MY BUNNY'S LIFE. They also gave all the materials as well as in office extensive instructions on how to administer a subcutaneous IV at home (not as difficult as you may think). They were closed for the holiday, but Dr Jen even emailed me while she was out of town to check in that weekend to see how my bun was doing. This past week-- 6 months later--my bunny once again developed some gastro intestinal issues. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning and help my bunny. Borealis vet clinic is just phenomenal. Our big boy Yeti got neutered and had a gastroplexy. Surgery went very well, however, between him being able to itch his incision, the incision becoming infected and him also having a reaction to the staples, the healing has been a long and grueling process. But Dr.Cicali and her staff have been along side us with an immense amount of care and support the whole way. Iv brought him in several times for checkups and it has yet to break the bank. Yeti use to be a drooling nervous wreck every visit (it was a pain getting his big butt on the big scary weight scale) but he is now relaxed and comfortable there after receiving all the love and attention.
