We recently boarded our dog here for 16 days. Overall, the facility was clean and the pickup process was smooth, but I do want to share something that caught us off guard. When we picked up our dog, we were told she had been kept isolated the entire stay due to her being a pit bull mix. This was surprising and honestly a bit disheartening for us. We take great pride in socializing and training our dog, and she is extremely friendly, well-socialized, and very submissive. She does great at the dog park and in group play settings. I also shared with staff at drop-off how sweet and gentle she is. In fact, we previously boarded our other pit bull here (who has since passed), and he was allowed to participate in group play without issue. We completely understand that kennels must prioritize safe

I loved this place! They took great care of my dog and went above and beyond to compensate for any special requests I had. I will definitely be back to board Bucky when I have to leave Alaska. So thankful I found a place I trust!!

So happy to have a dog loving place to board my beagles. They can be a handful and I know they had patient attentive care. They were being naughty and pee peeing on their blanket and I greatly appreciate the staff paying enough attention to notice and pull that from their space and just leave their bed. And the blanket was laundered- awesome!!

This is my second time using them and while my dog came home safe, they put her with other dogs after I told the man at check in that I wanted her left alone. They also have a tip screen now because I guess everyone wants a tip these days. The meme has become reality at this place and it definitely comes off as greedy.

Great experience! They took great care of our 9 month old puppy. Highly recommended!
