Petco

This is my favorite petshop in Washington, Pa. I've gotten several wonderful birds and guinea pigs from them. All of them are still very happy and healthy. The lady that helped me with my new parakeets this past Tuesday was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Gina and Kathy were very helpful and worked with you us to be able to get a beautiful rare ball python! They are rock stars at what they do. Their patience and humor.

We have been shopping at Petco for many years but after a second experience at this location we have now taken our business to Petsmart instead. We have an 11 month old boxer pup and a health issue has caused a change in food for him so I cancelled our repeat delivery online and started a return for 2 bags of his Gentle Giants food to be returned in store. I received an email with a bar code which gave instructions to return it to any Petco. When we arrived we encountered the most hateful and rue woman at the register. I showed her the bar code on my phone and she rolled her eyes and said that isn't going to work what is my phone number which I gave her and she got increasingly nasty and when I asked for a manager she stated she is the manager and said she doesn't;t have to process my

Trainer is great but no other dogs for my puppy to be around not happy noones fault

The staff here are great . There always available to answer any questions and ar e knowledge about pet foods and pet supplies. The aquarium section is really good with all the different fish , they have saltwater and freh water
