Everyone was so kind to us when we brought our dog in during an awful snowstorm after he was attacked by a loose dog. They offered the best support over the phone while we were on our long drive in through the snowstorm and then when we got there, they were wonderful. They took great care of my dog and us, gave very clear return precautions and recommendations, and explained everything thoroughly. We definitely felt well cared for and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much!

We brought our kitty (who was dealing with a chronic leg injury after jumping from a carpeted cat tree in December) for a consult with Dr Kraun and his team. The entire team was extremely welcoming, the exam was indepth and completed by 3 separate team members. Their guidance and recommendations were calming and helpful. I’ve been to 3 other vets and have never encountered staff like yours. Every one was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The ophthalmologist explained how she determined the issue and options for treatment. Your environment was calming. My cat, Matches, was calm while we were there, and even on the way home. Everyone smiled. If I or any of my friends ever need a vet specialist I will chose/recommend Blue Pearl.

I was left with a lasting impression about this place. They let us know that our 7 year old Beagle had terminal cancer. How one does that and still makes it feel caring, kind and heartfelt yet conduct business without sugar-coating what needs to happen is impressive. Yet that is the service my family received. I'll be forever grateful for the staff being both caring and kind yet keeping the conversation on "the right thing to do" our focus. Although not ideal or even comprehendable at the time, they made us confident moving forward in our decision. We are grateful, unbelievably sad but thankful for their candidness.

My dogs Dr. really takes his time talking to us and making sure we understand what's going on. She has an auto immune disorder so we see him every 6 months. There is such a difference in her now that we have a diagnosis. I would highly recommend them.
