The worse experience with the disinterested grooming staff at this PETCO. I arrived at 9:45 am on 2/16/26 for a simple nail trim. I waited a full 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the staff while they chatted each other up. There isn’t a bell or buzzer to let staff know customers are waiting. Finally, a surly women involved in one of the conversations but wasn’t a groomer came outside the grooming area and ask what I wanted. I asked for a nail trim and was told it would be another 30-45 minute wait before I could get serviced. Then she told me I could not stand outside the door where we were speaking. Well, how was I to get anyone’s attention since all 4 of the women were more interested in chatting than acknowledging clients. Besides I had no intention of waiting another 30-40 minutes. To

My wife scheduled a grooming appointment for our Yorkie, Chewy, at noon today. We’ve brought him here before and it has always taken about 45 minutes to an hour. My wife dropped him off just before noon and went into the mall while he was being groomed. After an hour, she called for an update and was told he was “actively being done now.” She continued to wait, assuming he would be finished shortly. When she went back at 2:15 — more than two hours after his scheduled appointment — she was told they were just getting ready to start him. Not only was his appointment ignored for over two hours, but the staff gave completely conflicting information and were rude when questioned. Our pets are like our children, and this level of disregard and dishonesty is unacceptable. We will not be return

I have been a Saltwater fish keeper for 20 plus years and now that I’ve also added Freshwater aquariums to what I already do I enjoy shopping at this location when i want to stay local and every time I come here i find what i need and the staff at this location is very helpful professional and very pleasant.

Went into your store in Vineland NJ. Had to wait 10min for a cashier to ring me up for 1 item. Total was 5.99 i gave her a $10.00 she gave me a $1.00 back. When I questioned it she said there's tax. Tax isn't that much. The cranky manager looks it up and says you donated $3.00. I denied the donation and told him it never came up on the screen. He then told me to calm down. I ended up getting the $3.00. The cashier and manager were very rude. Never coming back to Petco again. I will keep going to Pets mart. They have better customer service.

Staff were five stars. Cleanliness and helpfulness was also five stars. What I am upset about is I spend at least 50 or $60 a month at Petco but I never get any reward money or extra discounts. For that, I would like to give Petco one star. I I left the same review last month.
