🚨🚨🚨🚨I visited the Vienna, VA Petco and observed 11 dead fish in a tank. While I was recording the fish to document this, the store manager approached me, yelled at me, and told me to leave. I did not record her or any employees.Additionally, one of the employees, named Derek/Derren, called me a “dumbass” and made an unprofessional comment “If she doesn’t like your outfit, she can kick you out.”I have photos and a video of the dead fish and the interaction. This experience was extremely unprofessional and concerning, both regarding animal care and staff behavior. I have contacted Petco corporate and Fairfax County Animal Services to ensure this situation is addressed.🚨🚨🚨

One of my favorite pet stores has great groomers and always friendly staff at the front who help you use your Vital Care plan to save a significant amount throughout the year. My dog, June, who is a 90-pound Labradoodle, found her favorite groomer five years ago, and we have been coming back ever since.

I just left this store to get my dog a few things and get some things for my friends dog as a gift, I asked the lady at the register for a gift receipt and her response was “we don’t print out gift receipts” then I said “ok can you just print my receipt twice because some of these things are a gift for a friend” she said “no we can’t do that, we can only give out 1 receipt” … never in my life I ever heard that. There’s always an option for gift receipts or printing a receipt twice. She was very incompetent and she honestly didn’t want to help me at all. That’s terrible customer service, very inappropriate… especially after the holidays.

Eric is an excellent dog trainer! His love of dogs, enthusiasm and playful spirit make the class fun and engaging. Our dog is learning so much!

My first experience taking my cat Alice there was great. I was seen quickly upon arrival and they were very thorough in their examination and prescribed medication that made all of my baby's issues go away. She seems much more relaxed and comfortable. Best of all she doesn't throw up everyday anymore - lol. Not one time since I took her to the vet. I am so grateful!!!!
