@cats around town cat rescue is there. They work hard working on finding forever homes for these loving sweet kitties. The staff is outstanding.

One attendant watched me as though he thought I was up to no good. I needed to compare labels on products, which included browsing internet reviews as I was trying to find the best option for a minor health problem that my dog was having. He walked down the aisle and pretended to work but stared at me the whole time. I am gainfully employed with definitely no need to steal the $15 item I was considering. I left and went to PetSmart, was allowed to freely compare and explore items without the surveillance and suspicion, and I got what I needed.

Shopping for puppy diapers at Petco. The size I needed as not on the shelf. Alex, the associate, went out of his way to help us. He was very kind and sweet. I’m giving a big thumbs up to Alex.

Took our dog here got 4 years while stationed at Shaw and they always did an incredible job with our dog. The services themselves were wonderful and I felt like they were always so friendly with all the animals I saw come and go. Only issue is on several occasions they'd take hours passed their expected cleaning times. Making errands and planning other stuff difficult when you're expecting like 2pm pickup and it's not until 5pm, etc.

I brought my dog in for a grooming service with her papers from Advanced Veterinary Hospital. The young lady at the counter with glasses, Saturday the 20th of December stated this was not acceptable. Now the vaccination envelope was obviously universal with the hospitals stamp and rabies stamp with all of the shots recorded. I hate that I spent money there previously however, I will never set foot in that building or any other Petco establishments. Very poor treatment of a valued customer.
