Petco

One of the things I like about this store is that i see the same employees every time i visit. I find it very comforting. I have no problem asking for assistance. Everyone is very knowledgable and helpful. I purchase the Petco brand Wholehearted for my four cats. The ingredients are excellent and the cats seem to like it. The price is very reasonable.

While I was able to find the product that I needed for my dog, I was not able to find someone to check me out in a timely manner. I waited for well over 7 minutes at the register at the front of the store with no one in sight to help me. And when someone finally showed up, there was no apology for the wait in fact no conversation at all - the person seemed extremely put out that she had to help me. At the end of the transaction, there was no thank you for shopping at Petco - she just handed me the receipt. Wow - thanks for shopping at Petco - NOT!!

The staff at Petco Sterling are very rude, and the groomer did a poor job. The groomer was also rude during the visit. If you want a better experience and good grooming, I recommend going to Petco Vienna instead.

Great store with lots of good stock. I was able to find a hard to locate cat litter. The staff was friendly and the store was super clean. I look forward to shopping there more in the future. Also the two for $5 toy bins are a fun extra for my fur babies.
