Wish I could give negative stars for ultimately having to put our dog down over this experience: After paying $1,900 for the entire experience of six teeth being pulled, Church Road Animal Hospital accidentally sent our dog home with instructions & pills for 14 days of antibiotics, when apparently they only meant it to be seven days. He stopped being able to keep food down, started having blood in his stool, became lethargic, lost all of his interests. When we called them, we found out there had been a mistake and were instructed to bring him in for a shot and more meds (and, yes, they charged us for the medication to reverse their own damage). He has finished the new protocol and, five weeks out from surgery, still can't keep food down (not even boiled chicken and rice). I am currently w

My cat had a tooth extracted here. The staff was very nice and explained everything before and after the procedure. Budget friendly compared to other vets. Got her scheduled for a visit very fast. No complaints AT ALL. THANK YOU!

Outstanding experience all around. From the very first call to being seen the same week I was so impressed with the entire staff! This husband and wife team have a fantastic, new facility and very clean. They were gentle and kind with our somewhat timid "Shelby a full grown Yorkie, and made us feel welcomed. They took their time and my little dog didn’t event fuss when she got her shot, well maybe a little. The Doc was so wonderful and informative but never pushy like many vets we have encountered in the past. He is a breadth of knowledge for all breeds! We are going to be patients for life with this practice and feel our dog is in the absolute best care! Highly highly recommend this practice for anyone’s fur friends .

The best vet experience I’ve ever had. Our incredibly sweet German Shepherd, Donnie, started reacting aggressively toward his housemate. It was incredibly random and sudden. From my spontaneous call to the Vets office, to him being completely neutered was 21 hours. Absolutely phenomenal service. And beyond that, the entire staff is incredibly courteous and compassionate. Truly, I’m blown away by their practice. I can’t recommend them enough!! We are switching to them for long term care, even though our current vet is a lot closer! Plus, they are open on the weekend, which is awesome!
