UPDATE- I just wanted to share how wonderful the grooming experience was! Nicole handled my anxious beagle, Chloe, so incredibly well. It was Chloe’s first time getting her nails trimmed at this location, and she’s extremely anxious about the whole process. Nicole was so patient and gentle with her, taking her time instead of rushing and treating her with such care even though Chloe was definitely a handful! I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism. My checkout experience with Arsh and Shelly was amazing as well. They were fantastic during my last visit, and they proved to be just as wonderful this time. By far the best Pet Supplies store we have ever been to. Always clean, stocked and organized well, the owner and manager is the most kind person, and his staff are always great as well. Great rewards program. The dog washing stations are well cared for and the highest quality water pressure and dryers. I cannot recommend this place more it’s truly a five star pet store. Best of the best.

I passed by this place and found this huge pet store. Come in to look and be fascinated, they have an area to celebrate birthdays, to make their custom collars with their ID, and have a space with cookies for pets. All kinds of food and accessories! It looks extremely clean and tidy. It has a shower area and a grooming area. In addition, a wide variety of pets, from parakeets 🦜, ferrets, fish, snakes 🐍, lizards 🦎, toads 🐸, turtles 🐢, snails 🐌, etc. I will surely be back very soon. Ample parking lot! Your staff is friendly and friendly!

What a lovely local place! I was looking for something specific and the employees took a lot time to help me. The prices are great and mirror those at chain pet stores. There are a lot of discounted items, so this place fits all budgets. It's clean, organized, and you can find everything you need. They have an awards program that you can sign up for. It's so nice being able to shop local! Support them!

Oh wow I see a recent review today stating that this location does not take returns on food. I wish I would’ve seen that a few days ago when I drove up there and the guy told me I could not return or exchange food I bought for my 3 month old puppy that was making him sick. I looked on the Pets supplies plus website and saw that they do in fact take RETURNS and will offer a credit. Unfortunately the Sterling location does not offer that. I wish it was written in the receipt or plastered somewhere in the store. If big name stores like Petsmart and Petco can take food returns why can’t they? Crazy enough other Pet Supplies plus in the area take returns so I’m not sure what that’s all about. I think in the future i’ll just drive to ashburn if I want to ever buy something from a pets supplie
