Staff is always helpful and kind! The store is always clean and organized with things easy to be found! The animals always look well taken care of too which is huge for a chain pet store! Crystal & Tony are literally the best! Super helpful, knowledgeable and always professional! We love coming to visit our petco family!

I have a few fish tanks at home. Went in with an issue of having Green Water. The Girl that worked in that department was Extremely Knowledgeable, and Very Pasionate about her love of Aquarium, and fish. She gave wonderful advice, and sold me a Green Machine, which clears up Green Water. She taught me how to distinguish a male fish, from a female fish. She gave ideas for making my fish habitats better dwellings for my fish. My tanks look fantastic, and my fish seem less Stressed after her advice. This pet store has EVERYTHING you could need, for All pets. I Truly Enjoyed talking with her, and learning more about my Aquariums. This is My New Place to Shop for my Pet Needs. I Highly Recommend this Store.

We order our dog food online every couple of weeks from this store. I don't think we've ever had a bad encounter with any of the staff. This past order, it allowed me to order online but when we got there, turns out they were out of stock for the particular kind of food we get. Not only did the first associate send a second associate to do a double check, but when it was clear the site wasn't accurate and they were, in fact out of stock, they were so incredibly helpful in finding a substitute, telling us their next shipment date, and even providing some free samples for our pups. I love the people at this store! They are so personable, professional, helpful, and willing to lift very heavy bags! That's hard to come by in retail these days. Five stars all the way!

The team is always responsive and provides great service. I have followed them from store to store because of the excellent service. It is worth the drive.
