I believe I rated this place a year ago or so...and it was, unfortunately, no change. We had made a pre-order and we still waited around 10 minutes for our products that were right behind the counter, within arms reach, but the service clerk was so slow in getting logged in for her shift. I'm a very patient person, but for this to have happened twice, the only 2 times I've ever gone here is quite ironic. Still unsatisfied with this Petco. Only thing positive was that they had what I needed. Negative was, I had to wait a while to get it...All-in-all, not that bad, I guess, since I'm patient. Lol.
DESTINY AND Her group of groomers are The BEST OF THE BEST.... they make sure the needs of the dogs are met... and they treat our dogs with lots of love and care
We brought our Australian Shepherd in for grooming today in preparation for our wedding next month. We specifically requested a light trim and thorough brushing to help with his shedding. Instead, the groomer decided to completely shave him down, the exact opposite of what we asked for. This is not only unacceptable but also demonstrates a clear lack of knowledge about proper grooming practices for this breed. Australian Shepherds have a double coat designed to regulate temperature and protect their skin. Shaving it too short can permanently damage the coat, cause irregular re-growth, and actually increase shedding and skin issues. Groomers who understand the breed know you should never shave them unless medically necessary. We are beyond disappointed that our instructions were ignored,
Service was great as usual…but the prices were outrageous! They were asking for $90.00 do a small winter jacket for my puppy!!! I didn’t even pay that much for MY winter jacket. They need to be a bit more affordable and all will be well.
My second time in this store and has been such a great experience from the customer service to the service I love every pat of it. Very on top of appointment reminders and the grooming way better than others location as the dog come out smelling very good.
