Review (1 Star) Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently took my dog to the grooming salon at Pet Supplies in West Springfield, and the experience was extremely upsetting. When I dropped him off, I made it very clear to the groomer that my dog is gentle and I wanted him treated with care. She agreed. However, when I returned to pick him up, my dog was not the same. He is normally excited and happy to see me, but instead he was withdrawn, sad, and visibly distressed. The moment I held him, I noticed something even more alarming — his fur was shaved extremely low down his back, and he had visible sores. There is absolutely no reason my dog’s skin should be injured after a grooming appointment. The groomer tried to justify this by claiming my dog had “dread locs” and she had to cut them out. I have been shopping in this store since it opened. The store is clean well stocked. The employees every time I have gone in have been very pleasant and helpful. My dog enjoys it as well. I have also used their self dog wash and it’s a very Convenient option. I would definitely recommend this store

Last weekend I went into a pet supply store near my place. The shop was tidy with alot of choices for cats and dogs, plus some cute toys I hadn’t seen before. A staff member helped me find the right food and was friendly without being pushy, which I appriciated. Prices felt fair and they even had a small section of USA-made treats. I ended up grabbing a new collar and my pup really likes it so far. Overall it was a good experiance and I’d probally go back again when I need more pet stuff.

Great place. Awesome selection of foods for different animals. Prices are fair. They have a clearance section and the dog food is heavily discounted. Last time I went I found my dogs food on clearance. What is normally 105 dollar bag was 75% off and 23 dollars! I use there dog wash regularly it's a beutiful facility!

I went to this pet supply store last weekend to grab some food and toys for my dog. The place was clean and pretty well organized, which made it easy to find what I needed. Prices seemed fair compared to other places around town. The staff was friendly and answered a few questions I had about dog treats. They had a nice variety of stuff for cats and small pets too. Overall, it was a good shopping experience and I’d probably come back again when I need more supplies.
