Petco

Very impressed with the level of customer service. I had no problem finding someone on the floor, even though it was MLK day. They had a product that was somewhat difficult to find at other places (duoxo pet/cat anti fungal antiseptic mousse) And my questions were answered in regard to the product. Ended with a pleasant experience with the cashier. Definitely helps my little Shih Tzu’s Herschel and Alfred.

I absolutely love the people at this particular petco. There is one girl who is amazing I'm bummed I can't remember her name. I believe it might be Cathy... not sure. She is so caring and well versed on all things cats. My girlfriend and I are here quite frequently and she always gives us 5 star service.

This location was so clean and the Fish Department the best I've seen of many Petco's and the super knowledgeable fish Department person she was more than a company can strive for. She knew all my answers I'm 72 filled with knowledge lol. Bonus time corporate. Sincerely Craig

OMFG! DO NOT GET SHOTS AT THEIR CLINIC. They would not give my cats a booster leukemia shot without a test. They were tested and vaxed last year. Up to date on shots. No leukemia spr without test. So I said ok and paid the extra $35 reluctantly. They hurt my little 11lb Vinnie. She won't purr. She won't eat (her favorite activity barely got 1 churu down her all day. She can barely walk! It took 3 tries to get blood for a test she didn't need and they hurt her so badly. I'm giving her a day to recover, then i will have to go to the emergency vet. Don't go there! Spend more at a good vet. They forcefully upsell and then hurt your baby. 😭

I have never been in a Petco store. Had time to kill while my car was in the shop and thought this was an opportunity to stop by. First, I was surprised of the store smell, it actually smelled nice. Fir what ever reason, I thought it was going to smell bad..I was wrong. Lot of food in this store..wowzer. Pretty cool to see dog grooming for first time. Had to go to the bathroom and it requires a key...attached to a huge metal plate....bathroom was clean, always a plus. Fish, birds, one cat, reptiles..a potpourri of wildlife in here...lot going on.....if I had a pet, which i don't, I would come to Petco. Support your local Petco store....
