They did CPR on a fish Also, the employees were very friendly. Obviously PetCo isn’t the best living condition for animals in general, but this was on of the better, cleaner ones I’ve seen.

The staff is almost always very knowledgeable and friendly. Tho my most recent visit was an exception to the rule. The cashier didn't smile, barely responded to me. The prices are a bit high, but good for stuff you need right away.

Haven't been in awhile, as I don't go to Rutland often. The staff was friendly, but the place was very disheveled, and product seemed lean and thin down. At this junction they may want to remove live pets as all seems sad. The vibe of the store seemed dull and disorganized. The company needs to get a real retail manager in there to guide, what does appear to be a willing staff.

Brady and the staff are outstanding! He knows our dog, Minnie Pearl, and the little ways of keeping her calm throughout the grooming process. Makes me super happy I have such a place I trust!

Today is 10-23-25 went shopping to hanafords then went to petco to get snails could not find anyone to help finally went to the front found some guy walk around ask him for help in fish department. Yup be there in a second 25 mins later nobody anywhere except one person at register just drinking his drink with no care in the world I could have just helped my self to the snails and walked out. This place is sooo bad no one to help you and stuff just piled up everywhere in the isle so can move around. Good thing I didn't have come in with a wheelchair never would gave been able to get around. I wouldn't be surprised if this place tanks.
