I actually attempted to go to a small “mom and pop” type pet store first, thinking I would get more personal help. Boy was I wrong. When my first stop didn’t work out, I headed to Petco. The amount of personal help I received was great. During my visit, I had no less than four store associates come up to answer my questions or offer assistance. I was shopping for my new puppy and they even offered me a new puppy coupon book, that saved me quite a bit of money. I definitely will be heading back there. Great job to this specific Petco store team, you made me feel valued as a customer and because of you, I will be back for all my fur baby needs!

Was there for my puppy’s first ever exam since adopting him from shelter, vet was very friendly but didn’t actually give him a physical exam, she talked to me about how cute my puppy was and then out the door she went to give me an estimate on things in was concerned about over $300 but yet didn’t give him a thorough assessment/exam ! This was so important tone since he was at shelter where parasites were reported which I explained ! It seems that all they want to do is get as much money as they can, they are way above average with prices ! I was so disappointed! But again the vet was nice but I walked out feeling the same walking in. No exam

Giving 5 stars ONLY because of their groomer Amy, she is AMAZING!! Give that woman a raise! Best groomer I’ve ever had! I went to her for years with my 2 dogs and I only stopped going because sadly I moved and I’ve yet to find a groomer that can do half as good a job as Amy did.

Hannah was fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure everything we had was right for us. Service is great and store is always clean.

The vetco department is very attentive to all pets and the groomers are great. I had a hard time finding a groomer that would crate dry my dog because she is petrified of the blow dryers. They do.
