​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Grooming in Town! ​We love this Petco location! I bring my French Bulldog here regularly for her grooming appointments. The groomers are professional and gentle, and my dog always looks (and smells!) fantastic afterwards. Beyond grooming, the store is well-stocked with everything we need, from her regular dog food to treats and toys. Every staff member we've interacted with is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It's genuinely a pleasure to visit for all our fur babies' needs.

I don't think ill be shopping at this location anymore. Everytime I go in there they never honor their in-store coupons and I know its just a coupon. I went in there to buy dog food. I see an in-store coupon that says Free dog toy max $10 with purchase of Hills science dog must spend $45. I did that and was told that the coupon was wrong and I had to buy the dog food and spend an extra $45 dollars in-store. Sorry thats not how coupons work. I went online and made the purchase and picked up from the Hiltop location and all was good. So thanks for my waste of time, and kuddos for you for trying to get me to spend an extra $45 in your store.

The place is understaffed but the workers were nice, just kind of hard to find help. The low review is mostly about the conditions the animals live in. The mice were very distressed, and one looked like he was trying to get free and kept climbing the enclosure, another one was running in circles endlessly. They don't get enough stimulation it seems. It is so heartbreaking to see.

So disappointing to see Petco still not providing appropriate husbandry for their snakes. I'm sure some people reading won't care about the plight of a snake, but these animals deserve good care just like any other pet. A dehydrated ball python (obvious due to its excessively wrinkled skin and what looked like stuck eye caps from bad sheds) in a dry cage on inappropriate bedding is just heartbreaking, but unfortunately that's what Petco's husbandry guidelines gets you. Yes, this snake has a dish of water, but its condition is a clear example of why the recommendation for this species is 60%+ humidity (that gauge in the back reads 25%). I wouldn't buy a snake from Petsmart either but at least they're on decent substrate with better humidity than this.

Love this location! It’s well lit, the animals seem to be taken care of pretty well, they always have a selection of food, and the employees are friendly and helpful! I would love to see more bird toys though!
