The customer service I received was excellent. Well, technically I'm not a customer...yet. 4/5 is because I own cats and some services are not provided for cats here, at the time of this review. Otherwise, I was able to ask questions over the phone, and receive knowledgeable and sincere information and tips on how to groom a notoriously difficult breed of cat. These fluffy cats often need a sanitary shave because of their fluffy posterior. I was advised that hair cuts are not a service for cats that is provided here. They will bath, and trims (nails). My intention was to learn how to get a Mainecoone to stay still long enough for me to groom it (I haven't quite given up, and sent kitties to the groomer, for the groomers sake and sanity!) JiJi did an amazing job with my mini schnauzer! He was smiling from ear to ear after being picked up.

Oh my gosh, we took our two mini dachshunds to the spa and salon today and when we picked them up, they were so calm and happy and they did a fantastic job. We have had bad experiences at two other groomers where our babies were traumatized when we picked them up. We are so thankful to find the spa and salon, they are very polite and professional. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed. They truly love animals and treat them with love and care.
