Where do I even begin. I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience with Dr. Townsell and her awesome staff. I am so very grateful she started seeing exotics. Since my current vet is semi retiring and I own guinea pigs and not just anyone will or knows how to treat them properly. You get a quality visit, not hurried and rushed. I feel 100% comfortable and confident taking my girls there and knowing they will get treated as if they were their own pets. I just can not say enough good things about them. ❤️❤️❤️

I would follow Dr Townsell to Zimbabwe if I had to. Not many veterinarians are as kind and thorough as her. Her level of care is higher than most you’ll find anywhere. Between her and Dr Evans, I’ve never had to worry about the health of the animals that own me.

Dr Townsell is the very best Redding has to offer. I have three dogs, one of which is getting up there in years. I took him to see many different vets and all of them said he probably just tweaked his back but Dr Townsell correctly diagnosed his seizure disorder and has had him on meds ever since with no more issues. She has handled his teeth extractions, high blood pressure, and elderly kidneys. She is very thorough and takes such good care of my babies. I trust her so much more than any other vet I have seen in town. I’m so happy she took over Redding vet clinic!

Dr. Townsell, her husband Johnathan and the entire staff are amazing. We live well over an hour away where we trek over the mountain and through the woods, and it is totally worth the drive. Our Labrador loves them. Very grateful for their excellent care!

I brought my dying bunny in and the staff immediately took her back. Thank you for the care you guys were all so kind I truly appreciate it.
