Petco

My dog cashew loved coming to Petco to see her favorite groomer Melida, we were so sad to hear that she is no longer here. She did such a great job with our poodle. I’m most sad that I didn’t get her social media. I hope she sees this so she may groom cashew again @go.nuts.for.cashew on insta

Erica, the dog trainer, is excellent! I consider her a 'hidden gem' and will be very disappointed with PetCo if they don't continue offering classes with her as the instructor. She is clearly a 'dog whisperer' who loves her job, and the dogs really like her. I've learned a lot in the sessions and owe it to her and her expertise.

Took my new puppy to Petco for the first time. Unfortunately, she got scared and peed. The associates were so wonderful about it and held her for me while I cleaned up. A fantastic staff! Nothing was too much trouble. They were so helpful and friendly! Thank you for a great experience.

While I was impressed with the great selection and better selection than the Petco I normally visit I wasn't very impressed with the phone call I recieved stating I had to come back immediately and pick up the 2 fish I had purchased asap!! Not sure who i spoke to but I did not appreciate her attitude and berating me with what had been done was NOT STORE POLICY and on and on and obviously she must have done the same to the other employee who had helped me!! I had purchased 2 fish and beings I was not going home right away had asked if it was ok if I paid for them and returned in 2 hours to pick them up. The employee said yes and i did and went on my way and then recieved a call from someone from the store and was basically made aware that this WAS NOT "store policy" and I was to come pick u

I just started feeding my 18 year old cat wet food. Little did I know there are 2 types of wet food; pate and gravy. The first time I purchased pate, the second time I purchased gravy (again was unaware and did not pay attention to details). He did not like the gravy. I tried three different gravy flavors and each time he did not like it. I purchased a 30 pack, PETCO allowed me to return the gravy with only 27 of the 30 cans remaining for an equal exchange of pate. Thank you for the great customer service!!!
