We have been on repeat delivery for cat litter (3 cat household) for over 3 years. Our January shipment made it as far as Colorado and FedEx decided they did not want to deliver it so it has been sitting in Colorado since 1/22/2026. The payment for our February repeat delivery had already came out of our account and we were concerned that we would not get our February shipment either, so we went into our Rapid City, SD store. They cancelled the January order, put the money on a gift card and found us 3 bottles of litter to replace the January delivery, even though they did not have exactly what we had ordered, they still met the online price. They then cancelled the February order, put that money on a separate gift card and got us 3 more bottles of litter for the February order. All in

Hello. This is an update on Reaper who we had adopted not too long ago he is almost a year old. And reaper is severely sick. He has FIP. He may not live because of this sickness. This company has given me and my boyfriend a SICK cat that will probably not live through this sickness. I hate this place with all my being. I spent 75 dollars on this cat and now im heartbroken because I may be losing my baby. I cannot believe this place has given me a sick cat that will only end heartbreak. You guys need to hold responsibility for your mistake. I have been crying non stop since he was diagnosed with FIP. for anyone who is looking for a cat and thinking about buying one here DONT. not unless you want you cry your eyes out and be heartbroken. Tarra, the Petco trainer, was absolutely amazing with my puppy Carter. We did every Saturday for six weeks, and she taught us all the skills a puppy could need and everything I needed as an owner too. Carter has grown into such a well behaved puppy because of her. I can’t wait to go back for puppy playtime, and I 100 percent recommend it.

My wife and I reported this woman recently for abusing a dog one day in the grooming section. Unfortunately, she's still working here. Just be aware if you bring your little soulmate here to get groomed

Joseph and his crew are absolutely top-notch — knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile every single time. I’ll choose this Petco 10 out of 10 times over the other big-box store in town. The difference in customer service is obvious the moment you step through the door. These guys actually care about you, your pets, and helping you find exactly what you need. Yeah, they’ve got a great selection of pet supplies — but for me, it’s the people that make this place my go-to. I’m more than happy to spend all my pet-supply dollars here, because they’ve earned it through consistent, genuine service.
