Petco

Have been buying our saltwater fish here for a while now. They gave us a sick fish and assured nothing was wrong with it on the 8th. It’s the 10th and it literally just died this morning. We asked to talk to a manager and a guy came to talk to us to then go talk to a manager in the back (for not even 2 minutes). I even brought my water in for them to check, but they refused to do anything for me at all. Definitely wasn’t our doing since we got two fish at the same time and the other is perfectly fine. Like I get stuff happens in this world but the manager not even talking to us is crazy. No coupon after checking the water to make sure it wasn’t our doing. No exchange. Nothing. I am in this store roughly once and a month and I really love this store. The workers at the front are always amazing and treat customers really well! Thank you to this store! I cannot remember the names of the people at the front but the cashiers here are above and beyond!

Adopted 2 puppies 2 months ago from an adoption event at this Petco. Usually do not shop at Petco as an issue I had with some fish a few years ago from here, but with the adoption they gave out a coupon book, which I thought was really nice of the store. When we went to use one of the coupons a week later, all the coupons had expired in November 2025- a month before the adoption event. Talked to the manager Breanna and she said she was sorry but that we could tell them when checking out that they were expired but Breanna said she would still honor them. Today when I went to use one, I was told they could not do that. Explained what had happened and what I was told by Breanna, and the supervisor who came over said no. I asked if I could then get a newer book and was told they didn't have an
