My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute appointment for our cat, Murphy, who had suddenly started throwing up and wasn’t peeing. From the moment we arrived, the vet and staff were incredibly compassionate and honest. Right away, the vet explained that Murphy likely had a blockage and that we’d need to go to an emergency vet to have it cleared — but they offered to do his blood work and scans there to help save us money, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the results showed that Murphy’s kidney levels were dangerously high, and we were told, gently and clearly, that even emergency treatment likely wouldn’t help or that it would only be a temporary fix. Cleanest pet store I've ever been in. It smelled really good . I went in 2 days in a row and both times smelled like fresh bedding. Staff were nice and the lady giving us a bird and lizard asked us concerned questions which we liked bc they care about their animals. My sons parakeet came w his wings clipped and after 2 days he was walking around on my sons arm. Thanks, petco!

The grooming lady is mean and was mean to my puppy. She said he was aggressive he is not! He is a small dog that is very friendly around my family and friends. Bernadette is a classic Karen. Whoever the manager is of this store I strongly recommend they give her a talk about being friendly and giving proper customer service interactions.

We happened to visit the store while santa was there. An employee was there kneeling, offering to take photos with the customer phone. He was so kind & funny & helpful! While checking out I had brief friendly conversations with the women working at the registers. The store was remarkably clean & organized. Thanks for the nice experience! Makes me rethink online shopping all the time!
