I would like to commend you on the lovely people you have working at your store. The person who helped us with our fish answered all our questions, offered advice and couldn’t have been more wonderful. Then while paying- the cashier was lovely, kind and welcoming. Thank you for providing us a perfect place to shop

Let me begin by saying: If heaven has aisles, they smell exactly like this. 🦴 First Impressions Automatic doors whoosh open like I’m entering a VIP lounge for Very Important Pups. The air hits me with a bouquet of chicken jerky, rubber toys, and faint hamster musk. I am immediately overstimulated in the best possible way. 🐕 The Aisles - Toy aisle: A spiritual awakening. I squeaked three things before my human even blinked. - Treat aisle: I attempted to open a bag with my teeth. I was stopped. I regret nothing. - Cat aisle: I was told “no.” I still sniffed everything. - Fish section: I stared at them. They stared back. We reached an understanding. 🛁 Grooming Section I pretended not to see it. My human pretended not to mention it. We both know what happens there. We both chose peace. 🐶 S

I would rather travel 20 minutes to this location instead of the one closer to home. The employees here are much friendlier and always take time to answer my questions about my aquarium. The employee also seems to care about the well-being of the fish as she had asked me a few questions to make sure I had the proper environment for the fish I was getting

Just setup a new tank and needed fish. The gentleman that helped my kids and I was very patient and helpful. He knew everything about the fish, from how many for my tank to what can fish can be mixed together. Great Job!!!! The fish tank looks amazing with the new additions.

I went to buy kitty litter today. I had a discount coupon on my iphone email app. The nice woman at the cash register tried to scan it but it was not possible to get it. I was disappointed and somewhat unhappy that I had to pay full price. She was very friendly, professional and tried her best, but I think Petco should have been able to acknowledge the coupon.
