Took my dog in for a bath and had a great experience! He was super itchy before we brought him in, and he came back so happy, clean, and comfortable. His coat is shiny, he smells great, and the itching stopped immediately. The staff was very professional and caring, and it’s clear they really know how to handle dogs with sensitivity. We were impressed from start to finish. We will definitely be taking him back! Highly recommend Pet Suites Grooming in Pflugerville.

We took our Sheepadoodle to be shaved down. He had matting after we had let his hair grow out during the winter. To make things easier for the groomer, we said do a complete shave down. Lupe would not do the groom, but Saskia agreed to do it. She did a wonderful job even though he was probably her most challenging client of the day. She is kind and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone who needs these services. Amy N

I’ve never gone on Google to type a review but I have to say that I was going through a really rough time Tuesday 07/29. My Partner was separated from me and it was going to take some time to get them back home. when I knew that person was coming back home I wanted to surprise them with something and I thought about maybe a pet so I skipped any other store went right to Petco and found Alexis who introduced me to Amy who knew more about Guinea pigs. Amy helped me know how much I was going to spend before I bought one because I wanted to see the price. She was very quick and informative. Without her I would’ve had to go on Google or something to find out what guinea pigs need. I’m so happy that I chose to go to petco other than any other store to buy candy or a stuffed animal for my partner

Disappointed that I was sold a used litter box without prior disclosure. It had cat feces and used litter still in it, and was missing pieces. Seems really disrespectful to have this even out on the shelf, much less to sell to someone.
