This location is the absolute best! I came in with my sweet baby Miso, and left with everything I needed. Alison is amazing and so is Leah! Alison went above and beyond to find me exactly what my baby needed, bed, clothes, and harness. Leah was extremely patient with me as I was paying with Apple Pay. These two ladies deserve recognition, they showed myself and my baby girl so much love and they are truly the epitome of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please please please PetCo, gives these ladies some kind of raise because again they both went above and beyond and were just so good to me.

Our axolotl tank recently crashed, and we went to the fish department for help with the water quality. I came prepared with all of my current water parameters and acceptable ranges written down. Allison assisted us, and she was an absolute wealth of knowledge. She carefully reviewed my tank’s values, explained what may have caused the issue, and gave clear, step-by-step recommendations on what to do next. She took her time with us and answered every single question we had without making us feel rushed. You can truly tell she enjoys what she does and cares about helping customers (and their aquatic pets!) succeed. Everyone in the store was kind and helpful, but Allison truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful for her guidance!

Allison immeadiately greeted me as I walked into the store, helped me with my snail purchase and rehoming fish situation. I think she is a great asset to your store; she is the kind of employee I would want to hire for my business!

I found a puppy on the side of a road and came here to get her cleaned up before taking her home. staff was SO helpful, telling us how old she was, directing us to food for her, and helping us get her back to herself (she was lethargic so staff gave us pointers). they gave us vet recommendations as well as checking for a microchip very quickly, and also gave us a free sweater and treats for our new family member. they made sure she was well taken care of. will now always be choosing petco over other options! Thank you staff!

My concern is grooming not shopping. I have 2 dogs that I have had bathed at the same time each visit. One earned a free 8th bath but I was told the other did not, despite emails saying she had. The grooming staff said that there was no on that could address this. I am likely to switch our shopping & grooming to another company if this is not rectified. After 15 minutes on hold with an off-shore Petco representative, I received an insulting response with no option to escalate. This is very poor. I complained and all you did was provide a tool free number to someone who was untrained and did not care, If you do not not contact me or provide a domestic contact option, then you will loose a customer that will go away very dissatisfied telling everyone about the lack of customer service.
