Petco

Placed my order online and went to the store to pick it up. Communication was great letting me know when my order was ready and the person helping at checkout was very courteous and professional. He answered all the questions that I had.

i didn’t buy anything this trip, but when i bought things from here before, they were all good quality and worth the money! i’m giving 4 stars because i’m not a fan of the tiny fish tanks as seen in the first image. other than that, i like petco. the other images of animals up for adoption here.

Booked a appointment for 8am this morning with Kyle. Waited two hours for him to call. Not only to say I live a hour and 15 away. Got in a paid and then they brought my Oscar out. I only had him for two months I recycled him. So his first cut was done at petco in Florence and it was so beautiful. Had to switch this time because they didn't have someone available for Sundays. Didn't really notice the damage until I got in the car. I started crying. Oscar looked so bad. I couldn't stop crying. Went back in and ask for the manager. Started to explain to her how unhappy I was and than Kyle came over asking what's wrong I told him my dog looked like someone just started today cut him. He beginning to get rude with me. Told me he was a assistant general manager. He said he is human. I understan

The young gentleman working when I came in was super helpful. I told him I was looking for something for my puppy to wear to a photoshoot that was pool party themed and he was just as invested as I was to find the right props/attire. His help was wonderful and the pictures came out great.. he is wearing the bandana set we got from Petco along with the beach ball which is Prince’s new favorite toy.

All staff has been very helpful. Paul has helped with my picky eater to find the right dog food for her.
