Petco Grooming

Kyle was absolutely amazing with our dog Preacher. He answered all the questions and concerns I had because it was Preachers first time at the groomers. Kyle was very professional and was such a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be returning and will be requesting Kyle from now on. I can't thank Kyle enough. Preachers fur was so clean and shiny and he smelled so good. His paws were the cleanest I have ever seen them. Kyle is definitely a great asset to Petco.

We did a walk-in nail trim and buff service. The first tech greeted us and confirmed they could work us in for a nail service. We had a great experience with Kyle for a nail trim and buff for our very nervous dog. He was kind with the dog, and the dog's nails were trimmed perfectly. We would be happy to schedule with Kyle again.

I ordered a haircut and a bath for the dog. Unfortunately, I was not in the city and my son drove the dog and picked it up from the grooming. What was my surprise when I saw the dog… nothing has changed in the hair! At the same time, the dog clearly had a long coat, it is hot during this period. But they took the money for the bath and grooming! When I returned, I again brought the dog for a haircut (which was paid for last time, but not done), explained the situation and ... they took money from me again for a haircut! Plus, the haircut was disaster! We will never go to these "masters" again and I do not recommend this grooming salon to anyone!

The groomer listened to me and gave my dog a great cut! He was happy and well cared for. I was nervous that I wouldn’t like the way he was trimmed around his face but she did a great job! I do wish they would of put a cute scarf around his neck.. but it’s ok because I am really happy with the end result!

Petco always goes above and beyond. Such a kind and dedicated staff.
