Petco

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These poor animals, the poorer conditions, and the workers habits need to stop being overlooked. I came in there last month, a college worker helped me out on some information on the hamsters and mice. Everything was clean, organized, and he was so very kind and helpful. I genuinely have no idea what happened. I came in today, and not a worker in sight. I just needed one small filter cartridge for my fish tank and thats it. The shelves were completely empty, spiderwebs everywhere, and lots of mysterious drinks on the counters. Whatever. I go over to look at the fish, since I soon would like to start another tank. All of the poor salt water fish tanks were DISGUSTING. Red spills, other mysterious spills, and dead fish scattered everywhere in the tank. I cau

We brought our puppy, Ranger, in for training. We, including Ranger, were amazed at the dog training services provided by Betsy! She is fantastic with Ranger and he has done so well with his training. We recommend Betsy for training to every dog owner we meet. So glad that our local Petco has someone as knowledgeable and compassionate about dogs as Betsy. We look forward to bringing Ranger back to Petco, not only to buy new toys, but to see Betsy again. Thanks for having such a devoted dog lover as your trainer.

It was not a very good experience. I've been shopping at this location for sometime and never had a problem. The customer service is usually awesome. I placed an order for delivery and it was sent to the wrong address, an address that I had never used. I contacted the store to resolve the issue and the associate was very rude and even hung the phone up me when I asked for his name

I got off work late this evening and stopped at this Petco only because I wouldn’t make it to my usual PetSmart, which has better prices and customer service, before closing. While grabbing the one item I came in for, I was approached by an employee who told me they couldn’t ring me up due to register issues. However, she then checked out the customer ahead of me and immediately closed the register, leaving me unable to make my purchase. As a result, my three cats went without food for the evening, which was extremely disappointing. Needless to say, I won’t be back. If I could give zero stars I would.

Supposed to be able to purchase items until the store closed , yet I was told their register doesn’t work as I see the cashier ringing someone else up. I just don’t like liars and I definitely felt lied to. This is why I shop at Petsmart in Towson.
