Dr. Andrews is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and competent. After adopting a little dog who was very sick, Dr. Andrews accurately diagnosed what was going on with him and within days, he was lively and feeling so much better! I am truly impressed with the level of attention he bestows on the animals he sees and how loving and caring he is, as well as the entire staff. Carney Animal Hospital has my highest recommendation, gratitude, and praise for the lifesaving work they do on a daily basis.

I had recently moved to the area and brought my cat in for vaccines, they were available to see him quickly, and always were. When he swiftly fell sick the vets at Carney Animal Hospital did everything they could to help my cat, down to his unfortunate euthanasia, which they were incredibly compassionate about. Though my time as a client at Carney Animal Hospital was brief, I will be sure to bring my next furry babies here. They are certainly the most affordable vet I’ve seen as I’ve moved around the Towson area, with availability when you need it. My dog has been coming to carney since we got him at 6 months old. The most relaxed nicest dog you’d ever met. He was 16 when he had trouble breathing. I took him here to see his vet to see what was going on. They took him to the back room and when he came back to where I was, he had a muzzle on. his vet Put a muzzle on him without my consent, causing more trouble breathing to my dog. They said they were concerned for safety. My dog has never bitten anyone. Even the vet tech confirmed he had not shown signs of aggravation or threat. When they brought him back out with the muzzle on they said we needed to rush him to the ER for lack of oxygen. When we got to the ER he had to be sedated and put on life support. We've been using Carney for years. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to work with my disability without making it an issue. They treated our handicapped cat, and hour adopted cats that have since passed as well as our current 3. We're able to get quick appointments and help with medication refills for our asthmatic cat. Overall, every compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't ask for better service.

Dr.Andrew and staff are the best! I trust them fully with my fur babies and I truly believe they have their best interests at heart. I've been to other vets where it feels very sales driven and it's the complete opposite here, its love driven. This will be my vet for life!
