He looks absolutely handsome, clean, and so well groomed — and most importantly, he came home happy and comfortable. So Extraordinaire Grooming was disappointing. I brought my six year old male Akita and one year old female Akita. Akitas require extra time and care, and I asked the groomer multiple times if she was sure she could handle both at once. She said yes, but the appointment felt rushed, and there was still loose hair coming out of both dogs afterward. Even with that, I remained polite and left a tip. The owner later called to apologize and asked me to give them another chance, which I agreed to. However, right before the next appointment, they refused to take my male dog, claiming he was a bite risk, which is not true, and said my female could be the same. This was surprising since the same groomer had previously described both dogs as sweet and friendly. Overall, the experience lacked consis

My shih-poo looked too stinking cute after her first visit at PCE...my daughter loved her groomed results too! I will take my pup back when it's time for next session. I know she felt better after getting all cleaned and cut!

I’m honestly not sure what some of these reviews are referring to, as I’ve only had wonderful experiences at this small business. My pet, Chicago, absolutely loves the staff there, and she always comes home looking and feeling her best! The owner and all the staff I've met have been friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a new groomer I highly recommend this place!

My two crazy pups love Stephanie to pieces. We lost track of Stephanie during COVID and luckily set their appointments at PCE only to happily find her there. She remembered them from when they were younger. She is extremely patient and does a great job grooming them. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
