I bought super worms for my bearded dragon that I bought from here almost a year ago! My only complaint would be that about half of the super worms were dead in the container that I bought a couple of times... Great place I buy fish here all the time! And I've bought all my reptiles from here. I've got 2 bearded dragons and a ball python that I've bought from here.. And I've had a great experience every time I purchase from here!

I got an almost $90 bag of dog food through DoorDash and the bag had maggots crawling around in it! Had to throw it out! Now I’m not sure if I can even trust buying from here now!

Went to petco this morning, and the lady refused to sell me any fish, stating that I need to have my tank for at least a week and she's not allowed to sell them to me. I had never heard this before. Even if those are the rules, she had poor customer service skills to say the least.

Everybody is really nice. You have never been out of what I’ve needed. The only bad I would have to say to not give it a five is that sometimes I get moths in my dog food and I don’t like that. I was told that one time that a lot of it can start at the manufacturing plant and not necessarily in their storage area

If there was a half option I would’ve chosen 4 1/2. Because even though the staff were helpful and informative and nice, they sort of treated us like we were a slight inconvenience? Outside of them standing around staring at our every move, we enjoyed our experience. We will return at a later date to purchase more aquatics. We spent almost $400 and I would’ve liked to had seen some sort of thank you discount for such a big purchase on fish. Even an offer of 5% off for spending over $100 would’ve been greatly appreciated. And would make me want to come back more often. But that didn’t happen.
