Pampered Paws Small Animal Boarding

FIRST TIME WAS THE LAST TIME. We used this business to board our cat. Our friend went to pick our cat up from the boarder as we weren't going to make it back to Paris before they closed. THEY GAVE HIM THE WRONG CAT. There followed a frantic hour and a half trying to get in touch with the boarder and get them back to the business, during which I had no idea where my cat was, if he had been given to another family, etc. The excuse given was that there were two black cats being boarded, so they got switched. Friends with dogs have had much better luck here, but I won't ever go back.

Wonderful! Boarded my lab here and was very pleased. The facility has a great setup, was extremely clean and well organized but mainly I loved that the people were so sweet and friendly. I felt reassured leaving my dog here that he would be well taken care of! And after picking him up I could tell he was! He seemed to love it there. Will be using them again and I would recommend this place for anyone needing to board their dog

Honestly, I can't say enough kind things about this wonderful facility and those who work there/own it. I've never trusted anyone so much with my fur babies. The genuine friendliness of Janet and her husband brings such warmth and comfort when we have to leave our dogs. Not only has their southern charm made this experience so pleasant but their loving care for those dogs just blows me away. My tink has a strict medicine regime that Janet and her husband make an extra effort to consolidate. They learn what your fur babies like and don't like and do their best to make those pups have a good experience! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! <3

These guys are great! They were able to take my dogs on short notice. My dogs are always happy to return, so I know they are treated well!
