Dr Jack Kraft went above and beyond with his caring service. My German Shepard had a fractured elbow after being hit by a car. Other vets would have suggested euthanasia as surgery would be prohibitively expensive. He saw how much we loved our baby and fixed him up in a splint with antibiotics and pain meds and said he had a 50/50 chance. 10 days later he changed the splint, took him off the meds, and said he's healing nicely and looks like he'll make it! He even carried my big baby to and from my vehicle himself as I'm disabled. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had pet female goat that became ill pretty much overnight. We had no idea what to do, but friends told us Dr. O'Bryan sees farm animals. When we arrived he went straight to work trying to save our girl who had just given birth to twins the past week. He turned our SUV into a mobile ER and administered an IV and gave her medications to try and get her better. Unfortunately she was battling a toxicity we believe was a result of the birthing process and she did not make it. But Dr. O'Bryan was extremely compassionate towards our pet and also towards us. His genuine care and desire to treat animals was impressive and we are so appreciative to he and his staff. On a positive note, the baby goats are doing great 👍🏼 Thank you Dr. O'Bryan and staff, you are a terrific asset to the Paris commun

Our puppy was in real bad shape when we brought him in. I was afraid that we were going to lose Teddy. We got him in right away the very next day. Teddy was in their care for a few days. He took time to update us each day on his busy schedule to let us know how was our puppy doing and what was the plan of care.Doc and the staff truly care about our pets. They did excellent care to our Teddy and he is on his road to recovery, something that was pretty much impossible when we brought him in. Thank you for turning our fears and sadness to happiness ans celebration. Our family cannot thank you guys enough for what you've done for our little Teddy! Please, if you're looking for a vet here in Paris, dont hesitate to trust your beloved pets to their clinic. I highly highly recommend Paris Veteri

Just established my two cats here as patients and had their yearly exam/vaccines. Dr. O'Brian was phenomenal with my more timid girl and was very thoughtful/patient with her. Techs were fantastic as well. I will be coming back for as long as I live in Paris :)

UPDATE! We did not wait 4 days to take her to you after the Grayson County Emergency Vet visit which we did on Sunday. We were told by the emergency vet to do a followup within 48 hours. She was doing fine on Monday and we took her to you on Tuesday when she was not pooping because she had not pooped since Sunday night. My biggest complaint was when I went by there yesterday to check on the pain meds, I told someone in your office that the kitten was in my car and was not doing well. They said well thats to be expected. Sure enough as soon as I got back home, she passed away in my arms. I do not recommend going there. I had to take a kitten to Grayson County Emergency Vet on Sunday and took to PVA yesterday (Tuesday) for a follow up which resulted them in taking more xrays and doing a
