Took my dog to get groomed agreed on a certain length came back to pick her up and she was shaved. They left a voicemail letting me know they went shorter but when I saw my dog in person it was a botched job. Super uneven and not done well at all.

Went to drop off my pet to the groomers and the groomers manager was standing in front of the store smoking a cigarette and before I could get out the car Nikki “told” me “if you are having grooming services today, you need to move your car before we can service your dog” I explained to her I am just running in and out and we all park here and It’s never been a problem; has the rules changed? After moving my car I spoke to the one of the managers on duty she advised we as staff can’t advised customers where to park. I am not sure how this employee still works for this company. She is very unprofessional and makes the store look very bad!

I visited this store and was deeply concerned by the condition of the fish being sold. Several bowls contained dead or visibly sick fish, and many others showed clear signs of stress — such as shredded fins and lethargy. Some bowls were even placed behind merchandise, suggesting they were being neglected. It appeared that there were no staff actively monitoring or caring for the animals. This level of neglect is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about animal welfare. Until conditions improve and proper care is provided, supporting this store means supporting animal mistreatment.

Found it eas more dedicated towards grooming. Prices were way to high compared to other Petstore. Bought a product at $10 let's see if its good

First time bringing my terrier to Petco, since we've moved across town. Website is easy to navigate when I made my appointment. I got a text reminder to bring in vaccine information, check in was thorough and easy and Alexandria was pleasant and efficient. Grooming was done by Issac, and we had the best groom I think of Zoe's life. My dog was happy and stress-free at pickup. She looks gorgeous! Thank you both for the amazing job you do, you make a difference and are appreciated. I just wish your cashiers weren't so miserable 🫩 Lastly, I felt it's poor business practice to add on a service fee of $5.99 that does not go the the groomers or having anything to do with the service I scheduled (you stole that part of Isaac's tip! My apologies Issac). Why would you nickle and dime customers tha
