The overall experience with Logan was excellent!! He assisted me with my purchase of hens and rung us at the register exhibiting excellent customer service. He even convinced my husband I needed 8 hens, not just 4. 😊 The young lady in the aquatic section (from West Ashley, Chas area) was extremely helpful! I loved her energy to assist with my beta fish purchase and aquatic plant selection. She even assisted in explaining what we needed to do with starting our outdoor pond. The staff deserves 5 stars but the 3 represents the 10 cent fee for shopping bags. Really⁉️

The worker was very helpful assisting my mother in law. There's a lot of good options and the store is well kept.

If i could give zero i would. I came into the store to purchase some items for my three dogs. I was greeted however the person at the counter for some reason acted as if they couldn't greet me and look at me as they were speaking. I have been into this store soo many times and I went to the register to the right since the one to the left had all kinds of items on it, mind you is the location she was at when i stepped into the store. When i went to the register on the right side she was at the return/pickup counter at the corner of the store. She rudely spoke and stated, "I am over here". The way she said it i was about to be just leave but i needed to get my dogs' food so i proceeded. Her name is Alicia. Love this concept of petco. Its more of a rural concept that reminds me more of a Farm and Home store, but with just pet items. John Deere, Carhart, and Jeep brand dog items. A great pet store.
