Petco

We recently stopped by the Petco at the Vintage Oaks shopping center in Novato, and I was truly impressed by the staff. We were looking for a particular dog food for our little one, Poppy, who has a few health issues, including allergies. While they didn’t have the exact product we were after, the team was incredibly helpful and approachable. They took the time to talk with us about Poppy’s specific needs and shared valuable insights on what to consider in our search for the right food. It’s so refreshing to encounter a team that is not only informed but also genuinely compassionate. We left feeling much more assured and knowledgeable, and we will definitely come back. I had an emergency and came to the store at 8.55. I am aware that 5 minutes before closing is not ideal, but my dog was having an emergency. This lady showed me a finger and didn’t let me in. Just terrible.

I LOVED IT!!! Zay was so nice she groomed my dog and he looked great! Definitely recommend her. She is so sweet too. Definitely coming back!
