Great service. My boy Buddy loves his groomer Pandora! My pooch gets very excited as soon as we turn into the shopping center.

The experience of ordering online and picking up in store was less than ideal. The employee who was asked to assist me in picking up my order acted like a child, showing off a rainbow unicorn toy to her colleague saying how she loves this and needs this toy. Then finally proceeded to get the keys to the locker to get my order. Then I pointed out this is not what I ordered, showed the order (grain free and what was pulled was the ancient grain Orijen). She told me to cancel my order online and re-order it. Made no sense to do that, I informed her who pulled my order got the wrong bag. She said when she scans it it comes up on her end as what I ordered. She called another colleague over, explained the situation and I showed on my phone what I ordered and said the wrong bag was pulled. The co

I was actually disappointed with my visit yesterday evening. When I was shopping for my three dogs yesterday I went to buy some treats for them and the labels stated by one get 150% off so I bought two bags when I got to the register it rang them both up full price. So when I asked The man at the register about the buy 150% off the person who I believe might’ve been the manager came over and said. Oh no, that was yesterday‘s sale that’s over. We just haven’t gotten a chance to change the sticker price yet. So I asked him well. Most stores honor the price that’s still up under the item. This manager said well I can show you the new sticker that’s right in the aisle. We just haven’t had a chance to put it up yet and refused to honor the buy one get 150% off so I just told him to keep it. I d

There's no way this store deserves 4.3 star reviews. It's dirty it's dark it didn't have what I needed and the customer service is horrible. I would actually say my biggest complaint was the customer service they're like zombies who can't be bothered with helping you wave their finger in the direction of possibly over there and that's the extent of their customer service. Won't be back definitely make the extra few minute trip down to PetSmart.

Pandora in grooming is hands down the best! She has been grooming my pets for years! My newest pup Opal loves her too pieces! Pandora connects with your pet and picks up if something is wrong and always communicates with me. Every cut I have wanted she made happen! She is friendly and efficient!
