Went to get crickets for my lizard Sat. morning. There were only 2 employees working at the time and it got a little busy. The young man (a fairly new employee) did an excellent job of working the register as well as helping us who needed crickets and answering customer questions! He did all this in a efficient, friendly manor and with a smile on his face! Kudos to this young man!

Having been to numerous Petco's around the country, this is a store that went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. Our car had broken down in the middle of our road trip, so we had to get a rental prior to our morning grooming appointment and we were very much running late. I spoke to several staff members over the phone, including Madison, our groomer, and every single one of them was empathetic and patient, and tried their best to accommodate us. We were already blown away by their supportiveness. Madison graciously accepted our dog right at the already-extended deadline (thank you again!!!). Not only did she groom our medium-sized, medium/long-haired dog super quickly (bath + de-shedding) but she did a phenomenal job in making him fluffy, mat-free, and smelling amazing! She a

Don’t Sign up for the Subscription the cashier gave us false information you will get trapped in a year long subscription that you can’t get out of unless you cancel your card. She told us it was a month to month subscription that we can try out for one month just to see if we like it. She also told us it was $10 but it’s more than double that a month for only $15 in credit. We tried explaining this fiat misunderstanding to guest services and they flat out refused to cancel. Don’t Get Trapped

Everyone is Awesome at Petco. The attention to our needs is top notch. They have a kitty box with can foods, we (the people) purchase the can foods, for the babies that they rescue and nurture back to health. I am a fish keeper of 7 years and I have previously purchased 100s of fish from this store it being the only one in a 45 mile radius however this most recent time I was turned down for being 17 not 18. I recommend consistent customer service because if this is true I have illegally bought 100s of fish from them. This issue is not old upsetting but not consistent with the well being of the fish my parent who is 45 can happily approve my purchase however if they took care of it the fish would die i recommend challenging customer’s knowledge before turning them down , a better fish store I recommend with the best prices and most fish with amazing customer service would be Vallejo aquatic store !
