i go to Alston Park every day and have many friends there that I talk to. One of those friends recommended Animal Kingdom Veterinary Services. I thought it was unusual that a single entity veterinarian still existed ANYWHERE, so I made an appointment to see the doctor having seen several vets on this issue previously. My dog has a pre-existing problem for which he will require surgery. When I pulled up to the address, I was unsure where the veterinary clinic was located - it was completely unmarked. I made an assumption that it was what looked like a renovated garage or side property. The door was locked. I was on time, so I wasn't sure what was going on. I rang the doorbell. Still nothing. The rudeness and abrasiveness of Dr. Cornejo's husband is unfortunately hurting her business. It is a shame, because Dr. Cornejo has always been kind and empathetic to both me and my animals, but I can no longer tolerate her husband's frankly rude and abrasive personality as the middle man to her services. I also don't feel comfortable handing over my pet to a man like that. Where is the tenderness?? It didn't used to be this way when she had vet techs working in the office that helped free up her time. They were doing a lot of the things her husband has taken over, except they were polite.
