Napa River Pet Hospital

We're in Napa on vacation with our puppy. They got us in, quickly diagnosed her, and reassured us she was going to be ok. Everyone was fantastic, and did a great job.

Dr Moody, and the entire team, are so great. I came from Sacramento to Napa in search of a vet and was referred to Napa River Pet. A few years ago, 2023, they took the greatest care of my ailing 15 year old kitty. We hit the ground running, but already they were bonding with my fur baby and doing everything possible to keep her comfortable and increase her quality of life. We said goodbye to Melbu that December and although I had only been there a few months, they treated me like family. Currently, Im caring for another senior kitty, Maise, and I knew we needed to come back to this great place!! If youre looking for a veterinarian for your fur family - I promise, look no further. This is the place you want to be!! Thank you Dr Moody and team!!

Raven got ahold of some rat poison. Called Napa River Pet Hospital and they took her in immediately. Their service was swift, thorough, professional and caring. Thanks so much Napa River Pet Hospital​...Raven is doing great!

The worst experience I have ever had at a veterinary hospital. I brought my cat in because she had been limping. They were unable to figure out what was wrong with her foot but suggested I get her vaccines done. They gave her 3 vaccines which made her sick and put her into kidney failure. Long story short she is going to die. I took a perfectly well cat into the vet for a foot injury and now $1000 later, she is going to die and she is still limping! They took no responsibility for the situation. They recommended she go to the vet hospital but I do not have an additional $2000+ on top of the $1000 I had already paid in order to hopefully fix her. SHE HAS KIDNEY FAILURE! No recommendations for home tx were given. They offered no compensation. I asked for a repeat of sub q fluids sinc

Good experience with the doctors apart from spending the money, but I understand that's how it is. However, I do have to say the front receptionists have terrible attitudes. You are never greeted at the door, they hardly acknowledge you, and whenever i see them they are on their phone. I know other people who have had the same experience with these girls. Not sure how they continue to be employed based off their attitude. However, there is one girl who at the napa west pet hospital who was truly nice to us. I'm not sure of her name, I think it was Natalie.
