Place doesn't take care of fish ive took care of of fish well over 20 years i got a betta is was the more healthy fish out of all the poor bettas got home in about 10 mins and the fish was dead don't buy fish unless you want your kids to cry same with another time i bought my grow tank 10 mbuna s and they ended up dying too!! Go to a real fish store!

Brought in a kitten not doing well and the associate was the most helpful person anyone could ask for. Dark long wavy hair and face piercings. She gave us pointers, and showed us to the basic necessities we needed, as she fosters kittens also. She was the most attentive and knowledgeable person iv had the pleasure of being helped by. In less than a weeks time my wife and I found 14 dead bettas and more dead fish in other tanks. Some of the fish have been there in their cups since June and some of the dead bettas had been there for less than a week. They had a terribly put together sorority with no line of sight blockings and with fish that absolutely shouldn’t be in a tank with bettas. If you go to a local fish store all the bettas are in their own 3-5 gallon tank, are happy, healthy, not missing fins, and most importantly not dead. This location has WAY too many bettas too. At anytime there’s at least 50+ males, 20 females, and a wall of babies; all in cups. I understand big box stores are looking at the bottom line of shelf space, but this is straight up animal abuse.
