Nice store but the worms I bought for my Beardy were all dead. The literally sold me a container of dead worms. Ridiculous!

Ms. Emma, an elderly lady(not sure if that was her name but that’s what it says on my receipt), working the front check out line needs better customer service skills, very rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I’ve had better interactions than this. This was my first time coming to this location as we just moved to the area so this will be my family’s main store moving forward. I hope to have better experiences in the future.

I got my mini Aussie doodle groomed today by Allie. She did a great job! My little girl came home smelling so good and she is so soft. Thank you!

I love shopping here! We just got our Yorkie groomed here with Jesse and I hope my review is shared with her because she is amazing and is the reason why I will continue to bring my girls here. Her compassion, customer service, and quality of grooming was incredible. Cannot recommend Jesse enough!

I went in today to buy some goldfish for my classroom. I stepped in dog poop with my brand new shoes. A very sweet girl named Emma came to help me and clean it up. When I asked a lady for some help with the goldfish, she was SUPER UNFRIENDLY, and almost hostile. Her name was Alyssa. Not a pleasant experience, catching the 4 goldfish. Emma checked me out and she was a doll. She gets 5 stars!
