Willie LOVED his first grooming with Jacqueline! We will definitely be back. It was easy to book, super convenient location, great price, and he looks ans smells amazing!!! Jacqueline is super sweet and professional and made us feel pampered and right at home. I highly recommend!!

Jacqueline at Pampered Paws is amazing! I brought my two very anxious dogs for their first grooming, and she did such a wonderful job. My long-haired dachshund has never looked cuter, and my corgi has never been so calm being picked up. They were clearly comfortable with her. Great prices, such a kind person, and the cutest little shop. Highly recommend! 🐾🩷

We had an excellent experience! Jacqueline did an amazing job with our three Italian Spinones and our Mini Aussie—no easy task. She was patient, gentle, and clearly knowledgeable about different coat types. All four dogs came back looking great, smelling fresh, and—most importantly—happy and relaxed. It’s obvious she truly cares about the dogs and takes pride in her work. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy groomer.

Pampered Paws by Jacqueline is simply AMAZING! Jacqueline is hands down, “The Grooming Whisperer” a right out angel! Her care and concern is genuine and shows through her work. She loved on my two pups and they look wonderful. She is the best kept secret in Midlothian - well not anymore more because I’m telling everyone to go and see her!
